I think good massage therapy starts with listening. Before every session, I take the time to understand what you need that day. Not just what brought you in, but how you're feeling right now. Whether you're carrying the weight of a stressful week, dealing with tension that won't quit, or just need an hour to actually rest, your treatment is built around you.
Some days that means working deeply into tight tissue. Other days it means slowing down and letting your nervous system catch up. I adjust to where you're at and work toward what will actually help, whether that's on the physical side or just getting out of your head for a bit.
Massage should be something you enjoy, not just something you push through. I want you to leave feeling better and actually look forward to coming back.
