At MJ Wellness Co, we operate on a "pay and submit" basis. As a solo practitioner clinic, we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. Payment is required at the time of service, and we'll provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement according to your plan's coverage. This streamlined approach allows us to focus on delivering quality care without administrative overhead.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient.

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% the cost of treatment ; or miss their appointment, will be charged 100% the cost of treatment.

We are located on the 3rd floor of the mediport building (same as the healthy heart institute) Access is restricted after 4:30pm and on weekends. Please refer to your booking email for more information about access for your appointment during those times.

Free parking is located at the back or side of the building. Please ensure you are not parked in a reserved spot.
