At this time, direct billing is not provided but you will be given a receipt with all details needed to be reimbursed by your insurance company

24-Hour Notice Required We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules.

Late Cancellation Fee Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment cost.

No-Show Policy Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice (no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of your scheduled treatment cost.
